Immaculate Care is owned & operated by Pamela Hardy.

Pam is originally from the Deleau area and was an apprentice groomer at the Red Deer Pet Center in Red Deer, Alberta during her summers off from University. She groomed in some local Vet clinics before opening her own salon, The Bowser Boutique, in Brandon. She also worked as a Vet Tech at Grand Valley Animal Clinic during that time before returning to the Red Deer Pet Center in the late 90’s. All in all, she has groomed for over 10 years.

Pam also gained a great deal of knowledge of animal husbandry while raising cattle on the family farm. There she developed a skill for low stress handling and furthered her knowledge of nutrition. In recent years, she has gained additional knowledge taking courses in Linking Awareness, Equine Massage Therapy and Reiki as her thirst for knowledge and improvement are never-ending. In her spare time she enjoys painting, cooking, gardening and occasionally dancing. She is always trying something new and learning as much about it as possible.

After taking a break from animal care to deal with her own health issues, she has now endeavoured to bring a greater presence of grooming to the rural communities. She believes that grooming is the front line of health care and an invaluable tool for socialization and training of pets.
